Operating Error Occurs When Attempting to Run HBAnyware

Situation:

When you attempt to run HBAnyware, an operating system error may occur. The computer may freeze and require restarting to make the computer operational.

Resolution:

Perform the installation tasks in the following order:

1. Install the driver (see the online Installation manual).

2. Install the utilities (see the online Installation manual).
